Mystery boat found abandoned on the lawn of NZ home...
Mystery boat found on the lawn of a North Island, New Zealand, home.Its owners are totally unknown! A combined search is underway for the owners of an abandoned boat, which found its way into the backyard of a home in the Bay of Plenty town of Katikati. The small boat ran up onto the lawn from the Uretara Stream at around 4.30am. The motor was still running and two lifejackets were on board. Police are not sure if anyone was driving the boat. Police, Coastguard and search and rescue teams are investigating.
