Fugitive father believed to be still in California; now on America's Ten Most Wanted...

Fugitive Father from New Zealand in California and also has been added to America's Ten Most Wanted ...

The fugitive father from New Zealand was in Chinatown - staying in a $70.00 night motel on the fringe of the area. Time is running out for the suspected wife killer! He has moved from Chinatown to elsewhere in California.

Nai Yin Xue shocked the world when he was seen on news footage abandoning his three year old daughter at a Melbourne rail station in Australia. He then flew to Los Angeles. Police are on his tail. They claim he is fast running out of options. He is suspected of killing his wife In New Zealand before flying to Australia where he abandoned his little daughter who has become known as little "Pumpkin" because of the clothes she was wearing at the time.

A couple of days later New Zealand police discovered a woman's body in the boot of a car outside the family home in Auckland, it had been there for 45 hours but no search warrant had been taken out to search the car. It has been identified as Nai Yin Xue's wife and the mother of little "Pumpkin"! She was buried later in the week. Little "Pumpkin" has been taken back to China by her maternal grandmother after approval by the New Zealand Family Court.

He is now the subject of an Interpol criminal alert system's red notice which signifies that he is subject to an arrest warrant and will be subject to extradition to New Zealand to answer the charges of abandonment of his little daughter and the murder of his wife back in Auckland, New Zealand. He would be kept under observation until NZ police could issue a provisional arrest warrant for US marshals to act on.

The story was updated a few weeks later when Nai Yin Xue was added to America's Ten Most Wanted criminals. At this point in time he has not been apprehended, but is believed to still be in California. He obviously has some funds and contacts in the Californian Chinese criminal community, which may well go back to when he lived in China. He will be monitored by the FBI, and Interpol will be informed if he is believed to have left the US.

This is an ongoing story which I will update when there is news about the fugitive father.
