Assault with intent to injure with pepper spray... Police in Puerto Rico stated two beauty pageant employees would be arrested over a plot to sabotage a contestant by dousing her clothes with pepper spray. The pageant's security director and a catwalk coordinator, both alleged backers of a rival to Ingrid Marie Rivera, aged 24 years, will be charged wth assault. Miss Rivera won last November's Miss Puerto Rico Universe competition despite suffering swelling and hives. A swimsuit she wore tested positive to pepper spray.
