A message to all Admins of all forms of websites...
This is a message to Admins everywhere on the internet. Don't threaten your members with expulsion if they happen to break your 'rules'. If they happen to venture across the line communicate with them politely, there may well be honest and good reasons for their misdemeaners. Many sites have been built up over a period through their involvement and loyalty. Don't get big - headed when your membership becomes extremely large - just remember who helped you in the early days to achieve your aims. Without those members you would not have a site to speak of. I have been threatened with expulsion by Admins of two or three sites, and did not appreciate or enjoy the experience. Threats just affect your enthusiasm, lessens your eagerness to participate and contribute your writing.
